Meet the team
Managing Director – Adrian Aplin.
Adrian runs the finance, legal and planning side of the business, benefitting from 30 years’ experience in the public sector working close to Ministers and senior officials. His focus is on driving project completion to cost, time and quality. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Chartered Director.
Construction Director – Dave King.
Dave has been building for most of his life and enjoys a challenge – he is yet to find a construction problem that he can’t overcome. With a network of trusted contractors and craftsmen at his fingertips, quality is his watch word and he prides himself on completing projects to the highest standards. His preference is to work closely with purchasers in the latter stages of construction to tailor their new home to their specific needs.
Land & Planning Consultant – Debbie Aplin.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the property development sector Debbie is now an independent consultant and Non Executive Director. Along the way she has held senior positions with some of the national players such as the Berkeley Group, where she was personal trouble shooter to Tony Pidgeley; and Crest Nicholson, where she was MD of the Regeneration Division delivering 600+ residential units per annum and taking the business through IPO.
